Shelby is a designer with 10 years of experience across Industrial Design and CMF, with a focus on research-driven strategy and carrying design intent through execution. She has led CMF direction for hard and soft goods at brands including Coleman, NUK, and Calphalon, to create products that are intentional, cohesive, and distinctly on-brand.
Madeline Freding
With 10 years in CMF, Madeline brings a strategic, detail-focused approach to color, shaped by her background in Industrial Design. She specializes in trend research and the development of seasonal thematics, synthesizing insights across industries into clear, actionable color strategy for brands like Sharpie, Remington, and Parker.
